Bryan started Lepaklah for a simple reason: he loves sharing good food and good places, and one website was the easiest way to send it all to friends in a single link.
It began as the lazy fix to a nice problem. Friends kept asking him where to eat, where to go, where to lepak — so instead of firing off the same recommendations over and over, he put them all in one place. Now when someone asks “eh, where to go ah?”, he just sends them here.
For Bryan, it's never only about the food. A brilliant plate of nasi lemak isn't worth much if eating it feels like sitting in a warzone — cramped, chaotic, rushed. Good food and a good environment have to come together. That's the test behind everything on Lepaklah: is this actually somewhere you'd want to sit down, eat, and stay a while?
So that's the whole idea — share the places that get both right, and save you a few bad meals along the way. Based in Kuala Lumpur, always hunting for the next good spot.
